College of Engineering, and progressed through four levels in five years: Trainee, SWE-I, SWE-II, Senior SWE-I. I owned multiple internal .NET applications end to end, both the functional and the technical side: building workflow applications from scratch, standing up CI/CD pipelines from the ground up, designing and tuning SQL Server schemas, and configuring IIS deployment environments.\nThe work that taught me most there was Subcon Lot Disposition. Microchip\u0026rsquo;s subcontractors were processing lot dispositions over email, which was slow, manual, and error-prone. I built the replacement from scratch on K2 SmartForms and Workflows with C# and Swagger APIs, and it became the standard tool for that process.\nIn 2021 I moved to Cerner (now Oracle) and shifted into enterprise collaboration and governance. I work across three stacks (SharePoint, .NET, and Oracle APEX) and own products from the data model up: PL/SQL backends, React and SPFx frontends, PowerShell automation, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD.\nThe largest of those is MyOracle Home, the programme that moved Oracle off legacy Oracle Content Management and onto SharePoint Online, replacing the intranet for the whole organisation and migrating the site estate across. I delivered the web part layer: 10+ custom React/SPFx web parts with metadata-driven rendering, so content authors compose pages without a developer touching code. It was recognised with Oracle\u0026rsquo;s Summit Award in FY26 Q2.\nAlongside it I architected SGRA from scratch, a self-service governance platform that replaced admin tickets with a UI site owners drive themselves, and built the CDLP Purview DLP analytics backend that gave compliance teams their first centralised view of SharePoint data-loss incidents.\nMore recently the work has moved toward governing AI itself.
